BRIEF RESUME

2004-PRESENT:We became associated with Moisture Warranty Corporation.  Michael became the Quality Control Officer for the national Dryvit® Class Action Suit and Phillip took control of EIFS Consulting, as Owner, and did both inspections and repairs under the action, completing about 40 jobs in the 3 year run of the suit.  Presently, we do moisture damage remediation, prevention and inspections, primarily, but not exclusively in the Winston-Salem Triad, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC areas.

1991-2003:Phillip Minigh began working with Michael, his brother, as a crew manager, doing evaluation, technical service and repair work in 1991.  We have been contracted with several major EIFS manufacturers to inspect, verify and/or repair warranty claims and performed warranty repair work primarily in the eastern and central U.S., and completed nearly 1500 jobs and over 20 million square feet of cleaning, coating, inspections and repairs in 28 states.  We operated under the name ‘Synthetic Stucco Consulting and Repair’ until about 1998, at which time, we changed the company name to ‘EIFS Consulting’.

1977-1991:Phillip began carpentry work at the age of 17, with a room addition and remodeling 2 baths on a house, unassisted.  Through the summers and on the weekends, he has done renovation, remediation, additions, roofing, built decks and trim carpentry, while in college and during the 4 years as a school teacher.  He has worked for several large construction companies, including doing trim carpentry for Ryland Homes® of Orlando, FL.  He ran his own construction company in central West Virginia for approximately 2 years in which literally every aspect of residential construction was performed.
