Description Of Work: My house is EIFS Stucco. In many cases when these homes were built the stucco was not applied correctly allowing moisture to enter in to the walls of the house. I had my house tested and there was significant moisture around the windows and chimney inside the walls. Generally, the stucco had not been applied properly. I had EIFS Consulting come in and bring the house up to code as close as they possibly could without tearing it all off and starting over. They also repaired the areas where moisture was present inside the walls. Member Comments: Phil and his crew were absolutely professional in their handling of my house. They were on site 2+ weeks working and they did a great job. They have shown to be honest hard working guys and my family and I got to know them a little bit while they were here. This type of work is not cheap and there are not many contractors who do it. It is essential that you find the right guys to do it, especially if (as in my case) you need for parts of the wall to be opened up and then the stucco in a particular section put back to match the existing stucco. They are meticulous in the work they do and they want you to understand what they are doing. They took time to walk around the house on a couple of occasions with my wife and me to show what they were doing. The repairs look really good and I have confidence that my house is now in better shape and not at risk now for moisture related problems as well as termites, ants etc. I have every confidence that if I would find something later on that Phil forgot to do, he would ensure that he made it right, but honestly I am confident I will not. The guys cleaned up whatever messes they made at the end of each day and left everything the way they found it. There is really nothing not to like about this business, other than having to write them a check LOL. It was worth the work they did.

Description Of Work: Pressure washed the house exterior (both brick and siding) and the small back concrete patio. Extra cleaning for all windows.
Member Comments: We were contacted right away after we purchased the Big Deal to arrange a date. Worked with us to set a date that fit into our schedule. They showed up on time and reviewed the project which exceeded the size covered by the Big Deal. After careful measuring of the total square footage to be done, they gave us a price using the same discount per square foot as the Big Deal offered. A price was also given for the drive and front walk as well as the back patio that we requested. We gave the go ahead for the house & patio and they got started right away. They advised us to be sure all the windows were closed tight and to check them as they went along for leaking. They would clean up any leaks discovered. They proceeded quickly and professionally moving obstacles and replacing them as needed. It took several hours to complete the job.
When they were finished they packed up and left after we paid them. Reviewing the results, I felt they had done a nice job. I tend to be nit-picky so that is a real compliment. Yes, I thought they might have rinsed a few areas a bit better and that they missed a spot or two, but the house looks great and I would definitely hire them again.

One word of caution: the Angie's list deal for $279 stares houses up to 2,500 sq ft- additional charges for each additional square foot. While the inside footprint of your home may be <2,500 sq. ft., the outside may be twice as large. Consider this before purchasing , or be prepared for a significantly higher bill. Still, well worthwhile.

Member Comments: We had a couple of places where the EIFS stucco trim going into our garage was damaged, and that was the main reason the company was called. The owner, Phil, asked if he could walk around the house to see if there were other matters that needed to be addressed. Ultimately he provided power washing for all trim and gutters, repaired the damaged stucco, and reworked some trim and roofing issues. He was very professional in his communications and his work was excellent. I'm not sure what he used to pressure wash, but the trim looks better than it has in years and much better than when washed by others.
